April 19 - 21, 2024

The bittersweet beauty of Puccini's La Boheme is explored once more in this fantastic new production set in 1940s Bronzeville. With sets by 2019 Nohl Fellowship winner Ras 'Ammar Nsoroma and dramaturgy by Bronzeville authority Sheri Williams Pannell, this is a Boheme that celebrates the artistic and cultural influence of the unique 'city within our city', shining new light on Puccini's beloved masterpiece.
