What Is The Story?
Delve into a faraway fantasy land with Mozart's enchanting last opera as we follow the dashing Prince Tamino and the bird catcher Papageno on a mission to save Pamina, the daughter of the Queen of the Night, from the terrifying sorcerer Sarastro. But on reaching the wizard, they discover they might have been tricked by the Queen and her strange spirits...

Several standout performances
Very nice albeit stylized rendition. Spartan set was
jarring and the use of projection was clunky. And
deapite the continuing terrible sound system in the
hall -- several performers shined:
Pamina, Lady #1, the Spirits, the Queen of the Night,
and Papageno all were world class.
Well worth seeing, especially for those new to opera -
- as this English version is very accessible.
Venue issues - frustrating to have lobby restrioms
closed before the show and avoid the parking
structure if possible (street parking is qorth finding to
